By accessing or using the DebtStrike platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of DebtStrike after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

DebtStrike provides a platform for users to upload recordings of debt collection calls for expert review. Our trained reviewers analyze these recordings to identify potential violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and provide educational guidance.

Important: DebtStrike is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or attorney-client relationships. The analysis and guidance provided through our platform is for educational and informational purposes only. For legal advice specific to your situation, you should consult a licensed attorney.

You must create an account to use DebtStrike. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

You retain ownership of all recordings and content you upload to DebtStrike. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and analyze the content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to record and upload the calls you submit. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal and state recording consent laws in your jurisdiction.

We will not share your recordings with debt collectors, creditors, or any third parties outside of our review team without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

You agree not to use DebtStrike to:

• Upload content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.

• Interfere with the platform's operation, security, or infrastructure.

• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the platform without permission.

• Misrepresent your identity or relationship with any person or organization.

We strive to maintain reliable service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that FDCPA violation reviews will be complete, accurate, or result in any specific outcome. Our analysis is opinion-based and educational — outcomes may vary.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DebtStrike and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to DebtStrike in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The DebtStrike name, logo, website design, and all associated content (excluding user-uploaded content) are the intellectual property of DebtStrike and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without prior written consent.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data and uploaded recordings will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of DebtStrike shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
